The guy at 6.30 had no chance, Which was quite lucky because when I went past the the red civic my front
Splitter came off and you can hear it smashing under the car before it flew out the back. It is fast and yet still
easy to drive, plenty of grip with the 200 wide slicks as the weight hasn't changed from being a 1600cc .
I'm glad everything is holding together, wouldn't want to boost it I'm a NA lad. The car would fall apart if it went any faster.

That's nuts. Car at 6:30 looks like Peter from NST Verossa? Being a modified manual 1JZGTE I can't imagine it being a slug!

Yeap that's the one. Never seen it in the flesh but read some of the build threads on it, last I saw he was at 280 odd kw and chasing 300.

I was amazed to see you blow past him like he was an old Camry

So that's a RWD engine with FWD gearbox etc? Or did the F20C come out in something FWD? What mods have you done?

Yep you need to hang on at pukekohe , The front straight is so bumpy and I have increased the
spring rates since then. Speed wise I would guess at 210kph front and back straight as top speed in 5th
is 218kph, We hit the rev limiter at 9100rpms up the front straight at Hampton downs so I know it
has hit 218kph there, I have just removed the obx throttle bodies and put some Jenveys on and the gearbox is
out and getting a new final drive so I can use all 6 gears. Top speed now in 6th will be 228kph, will be testing it soon.
