purple starlet stolen? (bay of plenty)

does anyone know if someone has had a purple starlet stolen in the bay of plenty area recently? saw one pull up at the BP station in rotorua the other day with a modified number plate [added to with a vivid]. the fact they took off without paying for their fuel could also be the reason the plate was changed though

didn't take too much notice of it, other than it was purple, lowered with a noisy exhaust. don't know what it had in it though, not a rota and didn't sound as nice as a 4age maybe standard engine.

more than likely they just changed the plate so they can get some free fuel, but if you know of anyone who's had a starlet stolen over the last few days - BP will have the guys on camera.
