The BEST is the 20b powered AE86, end of story. That thing just shoots away like a bullet.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Wonder what'd happen if you put them on a race track with each other ;)

I'd hazard a guess that one would go faster than the other. Maybe.

the TechnoToyTuning one is krraazzy! Love that noise! Awesome combo.
A tang hachiroku? - what a waste of time - reliability isn't much of an advantage over an S2K drivetrain/engine

Erm.... that 20B '86 is definitely NOT a waste of time. :)

It wasnt some backyard homeport 12a, this was a serious engine indeed.

As much as I love the S2K motor, and mildly dislike rotaries (mainly because of the amount of retards that go on about how PHAT they are), there's no disputing that the 20B '86 was an absolute weapon, and would piss all over an S2K powered one.

My feelings are similar. I like rotaries, but not the associated crowd of BARP BARP hoodrats.

The only thing the S2k would have over the 20b is fuel economy :D

also i believe using vtec etc the s2k wouldnt have as smooth a roll on as the 20b, somthing that im told is dire when racing arund a circut(hence why most motorbikes are v twins)just another reason the s2k would be dicked...

or was the 20b turbod?

Peace

The 20B AE86 is a drag car iirc.... and as a result I'd hazard a guess and say it would beat the F20C powered thing around a track. Might find the F20C thing might hold its own around a track against a RWD drag car....
