When it comes to Toyota the 1/2JZ is the only REAL engines anyone cares about. :P

Anyway, we've sent the confirmation e-mail off to confirm the final track booking. Just waiting on the reply now so we can go ahead with things.

Ok people's the track has booked and we will paying the deposit this week.

Price will be 40$ per car racing on the day. We need 80 cars out on the track to balance the costs. We might charge spectators a small 5-10$ fee aswell but hasn't been discussed yet.

We are still in discussion with Gavin from High Velocity about the Dyno. He should be able to fit 30 people on, on the Saturday which will mean prices can be dropped for the Dyno aswell.

We will be asking for 50% non-refundable deposit for each driver wanting to race on the Sunday to secure your spot. You will of course be provided with a receipt and entry form upon paying the deposit.

The track will be run fully prepped with all of the timing gear running aswell. All the normal safety rules and regs apply on the day. There will also be an Ambulance present just in case on the day although we would hope that it won't be needed.

I'll talk to MODS to get a sticky up with all of the final info once the deposit on the track has been made so people can start putting up names and making deposits for entry on the day.

Thanks,
Hanré

I'll give John a call tonight and find out whether he has sorted everything out during the week last week and let everyone know.

Can people tell me what sort of dyno they have? is it a hub dyno or a rolling road?
370KW at the wheels makes for a fun drive.
