I crashed Dad's new race car that he had spent a year building on the first lap of the first race the car ever entered?

(Im my defence, it was more like I was taken out, rather than crashed myself)

Not that a bad a piece of road, but not the nicest. Reason fro the gravel on it is there was ice on it in the morning. Now ice is when it gets interesting. Corner that the crash was on is horribly tight too, cant really fit 2 cars around that corner all that nicely.

You much have been going a bit quick, though that gravel was still pretty loose today.

Put the driveshaft on your wall :D Bloody good effort to bend that and not root the gearbox or rack.

Matt
care to tell the veiwers about the Coles Rd incident ?

i was unfortunate enough to have an un-registered, un-warranted motorbike , ridden by an un-licenced rider , wash out in front of me, whilst in my parents near-new-at -the -time Ford Laser.
i had only just got my car borrowing privilages back, did $2K worth of damage and was not allowed use of the car for a very long time.
the little tosser on the motorbike was let off by the police, because he claimed i was in the wrong??

Put my dads van into a ditch in the country.

Dodgy completely gravel road on a hill. Bit of the side washed it as I went over and put the whole lot in the ditch. Wrecked the paint on the bumper and broke some of the mounts. Oh well.

Then I collected my mates fence whilst helping him move - same van, same corner, more scratched paint.

Worst one (which was, fundly enough, not my fault) - stopped to help this lady out for a cruise in her hubbys mintah convertible 68 mustang. She broke it - all good I'll tow her home (and get a cool hundy bucks out of it too).

Anyways, travel about 25k without a hitch, then we about to get to her house so she slams on the brakes - tow rope gets tight and stops the van, as a by product she got pulled forward.

What stops her? The back end of dads van. Bent the back bumper and the back door a bit, but other than that, it survived. The mustage however was a tad bent. Dunno how she explained that to her husband though.
