When in doubt, down and out.

BJ - are there any specific areas that are being discussed or just as a whole ?

If there are key areas would yourself or one of the mods mind shearing all/some of these, maybe as bullet points that can be bounced around by others as well. would be good to be on the same page in terms of thinking, have seen what happens when its open to all ideas in the past & that just turned to custard.

Pretty much its all in this thread already.
Pies's examples (thank you) could easily be done, minus the ongoing overhead of keeping it sorted. It seems theres definately a demand, so the 'how' is up for discussion...

Thats all i can say at this stage, as its pretty much just 'my opinion'...

There are mods able to do this, basically it works the same as the forums (as you know, you can set people to mod each forums), so you can add and chose mods on a per user basis.

Another section, with subsections -
ie

4+cyl
6+cyl
Other

just so things are easier to find, and with the number of people on TS there would be several pages of "current" posts.

on another hand it would be a good way to troll for cars to find(and steal...)
Current: , '96 SubaruImpreza
Previous: '92 EE80 Corolla, '91 JZZ30 Soarer(The single snail whale), '91 AE92 FXGT(Silvertop 20v), '92 JZA70 MkIIISupra (The twin snail whale), '82 MkV Cortina.

It would be up to the poster to either delete their plates or be very cagey about details.

thats true, but like, i could hang around west palmy, wait for your stated car to go past, wait till you go home then while your sleeping steal it........

i could do with a 4k......

but seriously, it is quite easy

I could hang around Palmy town and wait for a white MK3 Supra to go past and follow you too, whats your point? Any type of publicity, be it going out driving, or posting pictures on the net is an opportunity for thieves.

Si: You could just hang around west palmy and wait for any flash car to go past and follow that home. Just cause it's on the net doesnt mean you have any more chance of having it stolen. If it bothers you, dont post your car!

Another example:

http://www.aeu86.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=27&sid=9644e5ed26e0098783944273f69831de

See "Mux213 Levin GTS"

If a template could be set up similar to the one in Mux's thread where things could be kept up to date then you could have a sprawling discussion after that as seen in the thread.
