oxygen sensor on caldina

Just wondering what wire on the 3 wire oxy sensor is signal blue ,white and black . Black is ground ,so which one is heater and which one is signal. Thanks.

Black is heater blue is signal (positive) white is signal (negaive).
This is from memory, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Ground is body.
