The only thing I give the Venom Supra owners credit is that they have only had the car for a year and only had a handful of runs and there already at 7.82 so I think potentially they can definitely get a low to mid 7.

remember, they may not have had much track time in that car, but it was "pre engineered" so to speak - which can make things a lot easier.
Yes I agree it was already a 7 second car 3-4 years ago but its only downfall I can see is its weight it is still a heavy car I think it weighs in the 1250-1300 kg area.But even though it is still a feat to do 7 second pass on NZ tracks remember as if you were in the U.S this would just be a Ho hum but to do it with so little track time really is a feat here on our tracks.
