pick a part-fuel tanks

just wondering if pick a part puncture there fuel tanks before sending cars out to the public?

they may for some, but usually I have found they drain properly - have bought several over the years...lol, no leaks yet!

i got one from takanini about 6 months ago and theypunctured the tank to, at thr opposite end to the drain, i think they just getting lazy.
