So, to conclude, 5spd would be a better bet than 6spd.

I'll get a check done and see how she goes....

Cheers,

TBH i think that is slightly over priced for a pre facelift. Thats more like a yard price.

Yes, a wee bit steep....

Does the 5spd BZ wagon have an LSD in it??

Not too worries about the box troubles, plenty of experience on that front!

Mine doesn't, but do you need an LSD to get to work?

I don't need one, no.

I was just curious.

And it's not for work. I catch the bus to work.

had my carib bz for a year now and only thing i've had to do is the front engine mount and replace the sump seal. picked it up for 9500 with similar kms to the only your looking at , with trd exhaust and super low springs with new kyb shocks.

Its beautiful to drive and always pulls when the foot goes down. its the 6 speed version and sits nicely at 100 km/h. Only thing i would advise though is to check for rubbing on the guards in the rear. mines lowered aswell and scrapes over most bumps with a small load in the back.

btw.. DR BO im on amazd also.... used to have the n/a turbod laser. and bought yje carib as my run around while the next project mazda gets underway

Hey :D

Yes, checked for rubbing and it seemed all good. Seemed to be some oil underneath but I'd get that checked out of course.

There are a couple about so I'm on the lookout.

They are nice to drive and look the part so fingers crossed!

Cheers
