Cheers guys.
God just my luck on the day that i think about changing my insurance, an old lady drills the back of my car when coming out of a carpark!
her excuse was, guess i'm having a slow day today! Gee if your that bad don't drive & catch a bus!
Not too badly damaged, just bumber lights, & hatch is all off sqiff & rattles like a mofo cause its not latched properly. possibly towbar has moved a bit where its mounted.
The worst part was that state had a fair few details still incorrect from the change over & i had to query them about it. Like them saying i'd lost my licence (never have in my life), & that my excess is a grand, nope its says on my copy of it $750. Geez how hard is it to copy details guys?
& the guy i spoke to just got all defensive & tried saying they didn't know of an issue, to which i told him yeah right i know of quite a few ppl who have had issues with cars "changing" from one car to something different overnight.
And the worst part was he made me feel like it was my bad, even though it was clearly the lady who hit me's fault.
Though funnily enough he said she had one or two very recent other claims on her policy. Hmm me thinks another reason why they should of kept over 80's licence tests!
