hey been thinking about it for a while and a thred on rollaclub just reminded me..
is there any way to find out the exact date my car rolled off of the assembly line (nz bult)

i know the date of registration.. but that would be when it was first perchased wouldint it??
wanting to know so i can throw a party for her 30th next year :lol:

the build plate should be able to narrow it down to a week or a month... but actual day may be a bit hard to find out on an older car... my dads new merc has it on the engine/chassis plate.

My old '82 celica only has the month/year it was made...i thought that was as far as most cars went in terms of a build date

the older american stuff and some british you could work out the day from the plate.
with toyota only the month
and on the real old ones maybe not even that
