Best panelbeaters for RUST (palmy)

Hi,who are the best panel beaters for rust removal(not real bad,windscreen surround etc) in palmy or Manawatu? Mate has a laser sport he wants to restore to warrant. thanks all.

Rust Busters on David st is good, and quite cheap too. Doesnt really do painting though, so if he wants a good finish afterward he'd need to get someone to do that. He can paint stuff, but he didnt do a particularly flash job of my car.
