Where to buy muffler in Auckland/North Shore?

Postby AE86less » Wed Jun 03, 2009 11:05 am

As above. I want a 2" inlet on a fart cannon and would prefer to keep the diameter of the can quite low. Nothing on TradeMe below a 2.25" inlet for a cannon muffler.

Shoot. Cheers :D

Al's Mufflers, on Target Rd roughly opposite Carltons Party Hire (they are down a right-of-way). Great guys, did good work on my rally car exhaust system.

Woolfys are also very good (need to give them a plug as they are a car club sponsor of ours) - cnr Charles St and Dominion Rd. They did the exhaust on my old Sentra and did a fine job of it.

Both places are highly recommended.
We know that four-wheel drive doesn't work in a racing car, and I proved to myself that it doesn't work very well for rallycross. I'm absolutely convinced that it has no future in rallying, either, even if the regulations allowed it. - Roger Clark (rallying legend), circa 1976

Don't know the price yet. I ended up with a 2" inlet on an offset-->offset oval muffler. I found out that are small diameter barrel won't quiet the exhaust very much
