What motors come out in Altezza's?

I thought it was only variations of the 3S?
1:15.4 around Pukekohe
13.63 @ 169kmph at Meremere
Fastest MK3 at Suprafest 08
1G-GTE - Stinger 4424, T04B 60-1, 440cc injectors - 240rwkw @ 16psi

yep- RWD 2JZ in the IS300. But technically, it aint an Altezza ;)

Disregarding the trim levels (Z or L spec etc)

Toyota:
AS200 - 1GFE (Sedan) - 6MT and 4AT - RWD
RS200 - 3SGE (Sedan) - 6MT and 5AT - RWD
AS200 Gita - 1GFE (Wagon) - 6MT and 5AT - RWD and 4WD
AS300 Gita - 2JZGE (Wagon) - 5AT - RWD and 4WD

Lexus:
IS200 - 1GFE (Sedan) - 6MT and 4AT - RWD
IS200 Sportswagon - 1GFE (Wagon) - 6MT and 4AT - RWD and 4WD
IS300 - 2JZGE (Sedan only) - 5AT - RWD
