I'm not sure if I following this correctly? Did you get the fine after you had the exhaust mods done? Then paid to get it cert-ed? IF the exhaust is the same then you should be able to at least get the fine waived?

If I understood it correctly, he got a fine (+ green sticker) so had his entire exhaust re done and certed and then had the sticker removed.
and exhaust tips do a lot - Backwards cap wearing boys have proven this on their hondas with stock exhausts and million inch tips.

I think some people are getting confused between a chrome tip and a big bore (fart cannon).
