Subarus are OK as long as they are not thrashed or modified so much. If there is a chance you can get a sweetly maintained STI, that would be very nice.

We had a brand new BG5 from overseas. We didn't have any major problems with it. It was just sold last week :( . I thought of buying another BG5 here but most of them are thrashed already. Also, one thing that puts me off is the fact that they are being stolen here.
