Contact details for Mac @ 41?

I don't want to delve into details here, as I've tried really hard to vouch for 41 during this but long story short. I also know he was sick for a while so hopefully it may still have something to do with this.

Friend gave cash for some parts ex japan several months ago.
Waited patiently knowing parts would have to be shipped ex Japan.
Waited a couple of months.
Tried repeatdly contacting 41.
Waited longer again.
Got minimal responses with no detail of products arriving.
Now cannot get in contact at all with them.

Now I know these guys have done great deals for Toyspeed in the past and I really hope that it is something out of their control, but I have messaged them on here giving all the contact details of the customer again to them just incase they lost them but they still have not contacted him. He has been really patient but is getting very over it. This needs to be sorted ASAP before he considers other options.

So if anyone knows of a way I or my mate can personally contact them that would be appreciated.

Usually if he doesnt reply it means he has no updates as the suppliers in Japan have not updated him.

Thanks Bazda, interesting to hear this is not uncommon.

I think even if he as limited information he needs to make an effort to reply to the people who are contacting them otherwise they are getting worried that their goods are not coming.

This is correct, in the matter of J's Racing, their director who was in Jail for a hit and run has recently, um, I guess, been 'released' and J's have restructured.

I don't have an update just yet though I do have a PM.

And Touge - I believe you already have the oil pump and that the initial delay was the week long holiday in Japan last month just after the original order was placed.

Cakky - I believe it's Nick, once I hear from Hisaaki @ J's I can update him, but it's been a long time between updates from J's.

Sorry, should add, the J's incident is not 'supposed' to be common knowledge hence why it's not 'promoted', but it has seen a lot of commotion and we do struggle to get anything promptly from J's.
