is he a good chap? i know some of the team down there, but actions speak far louder than words. if hes a clever lad and not shy of a broom, has ears that arent painted on, doesnt have an attitude, doesnt answer back, doesnt stand around with his hands in his pockets, genuinely has an interest in the automotive industry, has sat down and done his homework and knows the front end of the car from the back, then hes leaps and bounds ahead of most of the other "the lights on, but no one is home" halfwits that drag their heels through the front door and mumble "got any work".

Yes - has been doing building for the past 18months or so but his hearts not in it - he has a genuine passion for his GT4 RC & cars in general. He's also done a pretrade in mechanical engineering - so has done welding etc.
Any help getting him in there would be appreciated - Cheers
