when I was upgrading cars last weekend I took a couple of mark x for a spin. loved the 3.0l (2005). great fun to drive for a big car, nice and tail happy when playing with tsc off and tiptronic. the 2.5l was gutless and nowhere near as well refined. unfortunately the 3.0l had 166,000 on the clock so it was out aswell. settled on a 2005 Toyota crown royal (GRS180). still rwd and a true luxury ride. same as a lexus is250. with getting old I wanted comfort over power. to sum up. -power go for Mark X, laid back go for crown.
