With the old manifolds this escort produced 188kw at the rear wheels at 8500rpm. WIll be back to the dyno one day to see what it produces now.
And hoping to do some consistant 1.04s around puke as its been stuck in the 1.05s for a little while now.

Beautifully made and welded.

But I'm really wondering what its for :?

Looks like its for a V8?
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Not all engines have the exhaust on the right hand side.

300hp was the norm for the BTCC cars when they used the 2ltr supertourer rules.

theres a heap of info/parts etc on getting that grunt from a N/A cossie
still, take a good builder to put it together.

Although not nearly as bling as the cossy ones, the TRD exhaust manifolds are pretty crazy.

Look at those primaries! 8O
