The obvious thing would be to add a .co.nz afterwards and see what happens.

Also remember that Google is YOUR friend.

Ringing them and asking for a quote is often better than filling out an online form. You'll most probably be quoted less when speaking with someone.

pays to shop around, there are other high risk insurance companies other than nac. last time i got quoted at NAC they wanted the first 6 months straight up, then pay the rest over the 2nd 6 months, or something equally stupid.

I got mine down to $60p/m at a different place thru a broker when i was getting life insurance. would be a lot less but i havent got round to telling them ive had my full license for the past year

im just waiting to turn 25 and for my old fines to be old enough that i can actually get insured by a major company for the corolla  bout 18months to go now

Ex-girlfriend was with some people called "Pioneer" insurance. She had a dirty poolude with a big ass exhaust and worked engine. She also had her RX3 with them, so i assume they do high risk?

Just remember to read the fine print VERY carefully regarding both the excess to be paid for your vehicle, as well as the additional excess for the other party's car, should you be involved in an accident, when insured by NAC (obviously this applies to any insurance policy, but doubly so when dealing with a high risk insurer).

yep you often pay a high base excess, plus young driver excess plus restricted license etc plus etc etc depending on what applies to you. . itll often add up to over 2k excess, sometimes a lot more. make sure u read the fine print

thats the price you pay tho.

oh im with inbroke, they do high risk stuff too, i found their conditions slightly better than NAC, for stuff like windscreens etc

admittedly ive heard horror stories from all companies. inbroke and NAC and the major ones less often.
best way is to dot ur i's and cross your t's all the way so you are watertight.
