Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

The four seasons in Australia consist of "$&#$% it's hot", "Can you believe how $&#$% hot it is?", "I won't be in today because it is too $&#$% hot" and "Yes, the dinner plate size spiders come inside to escape from the heat."

Wow, now there will not be a single Mitsushitsi worth even thinking about owning, Also that will probably be the end of the PWRC/group N or it will just be Imprezas only

This is what happens when brands put their image a head of their customers.

Only a nitwit would think they're saving the planet by buying a hybrid.

Wow thats very bad news.

Its like when a great band breaks up and you go out and buy their albums knowing that they won't ever do another good one.

I now want an Evo even more.

Surprised it lasted as long as it did tbh. There's been no actual need for them to make an Evo since the Evo 6.

Me too. Dammit. I think this seals the fact I'll be getting a 9 wagon when I finally get round to selling the Caldina.

Diesel electric hybrid?

It'll probably out perform the existing Evos and be a lot cheaper to run too.
Winning idea.

New age Evo Owner - An Evo
STi - Oh yeah, what model?

It doesn't really surprise me they're axing the Evo, especially given they pulled the pin on WRC some time ago. In my opinion, they've been getting softer for years and the 6.5 TME was the last proper hard core Evo.

Seems a shame though, hopefully the WRX doesn't follow suit.
