im assuming the percentage is the percentage of rice-ness, so the lower ur percentage the less likely u r to own a honda, or a hyundai lantra with a honda accord front grafted onto it.......

At any rate, you recognize the difference between a wastegate and a blow-off valve. In time, and with practice, you may attain "Racer X" status since it is supposed that you are relatively new to tuning and still have much to learn. Yeah it didn't work for me either, but I right clicked the picture and checked it's properties and it was called "short_ram_intake.jpg" or something, so I went with short ram intake :wink:
