hydrogen hydroxide AKA caustic soda. sold as 'draino', Basol 88'etc used for stripping paint off anything, and unblocking drains. mix it strong and used warm water to dilute. highly alkaline so use goggles and gloves.

it is sodium hydroxide not hydrogen hydroxide (which is water lol) ;) or you meant hydrogen peroxide?
Have you tried pain stripper and leave it on for 30 min? Then water blaster?

you could be onto something there, he has already tried water!! :?

sodium hydroxide is possibly the active ingredient in most paint strippers.
