This thread comes up every few months, the answer is all the same; If the substantial facts on the ticket are right, nitpicking will not get you off. The solution: Don't do the crime in the first place.

Aka if you were actually going as fast as you were nailed for, pay the damn fine. How to prevent this happening? don't speed!!!

(Buying a Radar Detector 1) is not the solution, and 2) won't save you from Lasers anyway, unless you're damn lucky.)
