Meaning not good enough for sale - imperfections etc

There wasn't anything obviously wrong with the bends I bought. All uniform shape and length and no surface rust developing as if they'd been sitting around for any period of time. Might have seconds there as an even cheaper alternative?
I got my flanges and a flexi join from Autobend which isn't far from Tube bending. Autobend guy reckoned the price of the bends from TB was below their cost price. From my poor memory the 3inch 180 deg. mandrel bends from there were something like $80 each. Mild steel too.
