They have achieved a victory in the SP8 class now i think they need to have a crack at Porsche for the overall title.

Sportscar racing is it's future IMO. A GT1 class LFA would be rather neat yeah?

And then, a GT3 FT-86 to compliment it of course...

Def keen for a resurgence to supertouring rules (it wasn't just BTCC you know...) with emphasis on huge wheels, max slam, stock bodies. Then Alfa can come along, and be dominant while $&#$% the whole thing up at the same time

Watching top gear dvd and what came up? Why BTCC was so popular in the '90's!

The awesome racing! Nothing at all to do with all the crashing and bashing of course :P

Oh and supertouring was derived from the rules made up for the BTCC. Spoiled by the FIA when converted into supertouring by allowing those aero mods. Then again it was awfully clever of Alfa to spot that loop hole.

Super GT or JGTC and DTM were the best classes to watch for me those cars are just absolute rocket ships and the racing is close all the way theres always different winners because of the fact JGTC use weight penalty when you win.I'm not sure if they still use this format. But my favourite racecars of all time were the Esso Ultraflow or TOMS Supra's I love those cars even if they were bastardised with the 3SGTE motor.
