Negative, not all Zs have colour coded dash/console - I think it was an option depending on the exterior colour? I'd recommend getting one without if possible as they look naff when the paint gets chipped/worn.

AFAIK there was a lower spec runx Z that came without bodykit or colour coding but fielders all came with silver dash until the facelift with the blacky marbley finish

Ahh, must have been the 2004+ models I've seen without the dashpaint then. Definitley a lot of runx Z without dash paint (but with everything else though)
