Talk is the Hulk at 70kg is too big and heavy.
The cars next year are struggling to get down to minimum weight
Hard to believe but it seems its becoming a factor

^^^^^^

Yeah I've been reading that to surely driver ability over a few kilo's to me it sounds stupid and some of those big teams are missing out on a real talent here.

His drive yesterday holding off Hamilton & Alonso was nie on brilliant in a car that really should'nt be doing it.Hamilton was funny asking on the radio anyone got any idea's because I can't do anything with this guy.

Still remember him driving in A1GP back in the day as a teenager spanking 7 shades of shite out of Jonny Reid on a track he'd never been on before.

Yep, its been evident to anybody whos paid close attention to Nico, that he is an amazing talent.

If he missed out on a good seat next year because the car he wants to hop in cant shift ballast around, it will be a travesty.

The traction out of T1/T2 was epic....buy buy sulky.....>>>

It will be the same as last year, Vettel through and then Weber lifts to back everybody up in the first couple of turns.

The weight issue has been interesting, I always knew some drivers had to watch their weight, but comments Jenson Button made were interesting. Although nothing new, I remember Nigel Mansell missing out on a farewell drive because he couldn't fit in the cockpit of the Williams? Something like that.

Here is another amazing cut away video of a modern day F1 car, by the Sauber team.

Also, a cool cockpit clip too

Enjoy :)

Should be a very interesting race though, especially given that for the first time this year that I can think of, there are cars on very different strategies/tyres in the top ten.

The softs can grain and go off in a matter of laps for some people and others are having more perforamce from them, but it could be luck of the draw.

Either way, I hope the championship goes on for another race atleast.

Sorry mate I can't agree after Vettel came out in front after his initial 2 stops it was 1 way traffic.

While I'm not a huge fan of the processional nature F-1 has been the back half of the season I do admire RBR's killer instinct they have'nt just stood on the rest of the fields throats they have kept punching the other teams in the mouth while doing it no let up no respite they basically have demoralised the rest of the field.

Pretty much saying fight for the scraps at the table boyz because your not beating us.

It was good to see him do some doughnuts on the front straight after winning, as that sort of stuff doesnt happen nearly enough in F1. Well worth the $25000 fine, and the reprimand lol

I think the last time I can remember anyone doing that was Jean Alesi lol

The last 3 races should be fun, with nobody able to get in the way of the championship anymore, people wont be so tentative, and just go racing.

I was reading reports over the last few days, that Adrian Newey might be looking to leave the sport after the 2014 season, so given that head of Aero Peter Podromou and his right hand man are leaving RBR too, that could be a massive blow to the team.

Like all dominant eras in F1, they eventually come to an end, but I just have to wonder if Vettel can snag his 5th before that happens

Maybe not...

Massa to Williams to partner Bottas, which puts Maldonado on the market with his PDVSA millions, so all of a sudden, Lotus are considering him as their new money still hasnt appeared.

Kimi isnt racing for the last two races so he can get back surgery over and done with, and while the offer was made to Hulkenberg to drive in his place, he has decided to play it safe and finish off the year with Sauber just incase Lotus sign Pastor, leaving him out in the cold again. Davide Valsechi will more than likely get the nod to fill in for the last two races, so will be interesting to see how he sizes up against Romain.

The musical chairs continue...

Now Perez is officially out at McLaren, possibly for Kevin Magnussen, although the fact that he hasnt been announced already makes me wonder if even McLaren are holding out incase somebody can bring an extra $20 million to the table...that will be a very sad day for F1, but the way things are at the monent, almost nothing would surprise me.

Heikki Kovalainen has been brought in to replace Raikkonen at Lotus for the last two races, so Valsecchi will be GUTTED!! Lotus approaced Schumacher first, but he declined the offer.

Apparantly, from some places I have been reading, Ferrari paid Hulkenberg to stay with Sauber for the last two races incase he helped Lotus beat Ferrari to second in the constructors championship. Sounds very likely too.

Where oh where will it all end?!?

If Lotus take Maldonado over Hulkenburg they can kick rocks there over.

Mind you those Donkey's at Ferrari should have taken Hulkenburg > Raikkonen.I still don't get what the end game is having to 30 + yr old drivers at the end of there careers does for Ferrari's future they'll be looking for 2 drivers in probably a year or 2 max.
