I did a search for this side of things and couldnt find an answer (prob just me going blind for doing guy stuff)

BUT...with this post in mind, what happens if you put 2 fixed bucket seats in the front of a 2 seater car and remove the rear seats...what certs are required then??? (if any)

in this case if your seating position has changed you will need a cert
if you have airbags you will need a cert
if you do not use factory mounting positions you will need a cert
