If anyone has any picture requests from the drifting or superlap let me know, I'm pretty sure I got a pic of most of the cars. Unfortunately the ones of 60cuba were not so great :(

That KE26 is like crazy will MkII....

Yesterday was such a mission! I was at the end of the pitlane sorting out release of cars and trying to prevent hold ups in the superlap. Hard work.

It sucks what happened to Mike crawford in the Evo... Kester was in front in the RX& and had massive amounts of overrun coming out the rear (ECU shut off but the fuel pump was still going). Then mike saw him on the grass and slowed to check that he was ok. As he was right behind Kester he ran into the left over fumes from the RX7, which got into his engine bay and flared up. Putting it out was hard work and pretty intense! But it all the volunteers did well to collect all the extinguishers from behind the track (and get more from the clubrooms) in an attempt to put it out... We eventually managed it.

The splitter under the front bumper made it quite hard to hit the source with the foam (exhaust manifold), which meant we used 11 or so extinguishers in total..... woopee.

Nick - have you got pics of these 3?

Pics of the S1 rx7 must be on the other memory card, which means they won't be very flattering..I'll check them later though and see what I can do.

^^ That is a very quick starlet.... 150KWish and 800kg with semi slicks, wilwood brakes and decent tyres. He's over 2 seconds faster than me now!!!

Also, there's another street car that was quicker than him - Jared in the Evo2 with 450KW (Won the dyno comp) who did a 1:17.

60 Cuba's slicks are 325 wide on all 4 corners.

390 KW it ran at 1.6 bar at Superlap.

There gonna lean on it again soon and are looking for around a number between 400-450 KW.

Scott said early on in the day his car was feeling quick. And his new brakes were awesome.

Was this at Shred Industries recently? Saw a very wide looking supra being loaded onto a trailer late-ish one night.
