Fitted new front rotors. Had fun trying to find a part number because nobody lists them. Thankfully they are the same as Z33/V35 rotors.

Couldn't even find a listing for air filter :?

Replaced all suspension bushes with prothane ones this weekend, went for a quick "test drive" around the block and she handled it sweet!

Just need to organise a cert now and she'll hopefully be back on the road soon

Lol too true, my head was saying wax, fingers not always listening. It's already got a good coat of wax as the water just beads off it. Polish is mainly for getting it back to being shiny correct?

If you claybar'd the car, I wouldnt imagine it would have any wax on it now. So if you havent already, after polishing, apply a good coat of wax, as currently its essentially unprotected.

Polish is a pretty broad term now, but in general, yes, it is to make your paint shiny, as it gets rid of the swirls and scratches, although to be fair, the wax fills in all the imperfections that the polish cant get rid of, so it contributes alot to how shiny a car looks.

What sort of paint is it, single stage, or with clear coat?

It's whatever Toyota used 30 years ago, plus some patches here and there. Not 100% sure. Wax is next, I just ran out of time after the wash and clay bar. I haven't even looked to see what I have in that department yet either, but I think I have some ICE stuff, it's blue, will check after work.

Definitely a good idea to get some wax on there asap, but to be honest, you will need to rewash it, and polish it before doing that anyway.

Even though clay generally isnt too aggressive, it still can leave marks, so a quick polish to get rid of the swirls, before sealing it in wax, is always a good idea :)

Bought a Soarer R154, driveshaft, shifter surround and frp panel for the tunnel from Japan.
Really looking toward to this arriving in ~6 months.

Will be buying a flywheel, clutch kit, rebuild kit and some more seals and bolts from drift motion closer to the time.
