a car paint place, eg car colours in albany will also be able to mix you up a little tin of paint to apply by brush. It take a bit of effort/practice to get it right, but good results are possible.
Also many mobile touch up companies that dealers use. Just afew chips and a door chip would be a little cheaper than afew hundie, but id go with my first option for $$ save.

yep, where I listed does colour match cans for 35 or 40, I think a little less for the pot of paint.
Just imo, but if its just stone chips I'd go for a pot of paint, or spray the can into the lid and still apply with brush. slowly build up the layers untill even or just above (if colour sanding)
when dry if brave enough you can carefully colour sand, and assuming the match is good enough you wont be able to tell without a close look.
if its chipped down to the metal its best to put a little prime carefull on the bottom layer, much as you would when doing the whole pannel.
The reason I dont reccomend simply spraying on stuff like chips is you are covering a much larger area which does not need to be done. It means more prepping, and essentially more practice to get it correct if you dont do it often.
