will all the ae82 factory grills be the same size no matter what year they are?

No. What are we talking here? Your AE82 FXGT?
-JDM GTs have the small grille with different bonnet.
-*E8* NZ Corollas have the Pre-Facelift and Facelift both which are different sizes and do not interchange.
-Sprinter clear plastic grilles do not fit either.
