$50 to spend at ripco today... what to get?

Postby snwtoy » Sun May 21, 2006 12:02 pm

So I got given this voucher, and today's the last day of their 20% off sale.

I don't particularly need anything from there. Is there anything at repco that's really good value, and will be useful in future?

Oil's expensive from repco at the best of times. Maybe I'll just have to go shopping and come home with something else i don't need :)

Already bought resin and hardner last weekend.. my spoiler needs some attention but I didn't want to do the work last weekend incase the temp prevented the resin going off.

Anyway, I ended up with some brake pads ($40 after 20% off) and a POWERBUILT memory keeper for $6 (50% off!) heh..

The second part of the sale was that 50% of clearance lines. If you didn't get in there then you really missed out on some stupidly cheap deals. Stereos were so cheap! Anyone familiar with the Kenwood K5PAK? CD, 6.5", 6x9", 12" sub, 350w amp and a wiring kit for... $250!

$750 CD units went for as little as $155!

Also bought some overalls and degreaser (I.e. all the grease that comes off my engine/GB will probably end up on my new overalls....its like mans make up haha)

Repco have been doing panels and seat belts etc for many years.

If its for a car, and you want it, theycan almost defintly get it. Unless its a genuine item (which can still be got, but they dont usually bother, or a second hand part)
