Clutch replacement in AE111 BT

Blew my clutch on sunday morning. The box is a 6 speed model. Looking at replacing it asap with something a bit stronger as towing a jet ski cant help the situation. What do you guys use?

I'v never changed a clutch before but im very handy with anything on cars. I've watched afew done so should be sweet.


Whats is the average price for a new clutch?

a replacement clutch kit would be best... rember heavyer clutch... more likley to shit sumthen else like the gearbox....

Most kits are around $200, and most of them claim to be abit heavyer than stock

Pulling jet ski out of lake. Yeah I think ill just go for a normal clutch dont wanna break a gearbox.

Its not totally blown it just slips alot. In fith cruising around hit the gas and it slips.

Engine mounts off, half the front suspension out, under engine support brackets out.

I palmed my g/f's clutch on her 111 off to a work mate (and Im a mechanic) I just couldnt be arsed with a job like that!

It did have super slut suspension though.

yeah i think ill just get a mate to do it ay. Hes got the use of a hoist so should be alot easier.
