Different type of liscencing.. we were meaning vehicle liscencing (i.e. registration).
Snwtoy, that is pretty rough. I know that they won't let you re-register a car until it is warrented. But I can understand that you needed to pay off the owed amount before you sold it. Sounds like one of those stupid grey areas that never get fixed.
