Didn't have a good look through the site, but whenever I've done them I've generally must used a carb balancer like what they recommend, or else make up a stethoscope with a bit of hose on it so you can hear it sucking & then adjust it until they all sound the same. Same principle as balancing twin or triple sidedraughts etc.
