Is it safe to mix oils?

Hey guys, i just want to know if its safe to mix oils of different brands but same weight (For my 3s-ge)

my origonal oil was valvoline 15 w 40 and i want to top it up with some castrol 15 w 40 as i ran out of valvoline :(

yes...I mean when you do an oil change do you think you get every bit of oil out?

yould probably just be best to do a whole oil change.but yeah will be fine you wont even notice the difference
