my stolen car update

Postby suckymotor » Tue Jan 30, 2007 11:14 pm

As a lot of you know my race car was stolen about 3 years ago and was found in Feb. 05

the person that was found in possession of the car finally pleaded guilty in July last year and was sentenced to 9months and ordered to pay for damages to the car (this was sorted by his mouth piece) and was meant to start paying me back in august 06 to this date I have not seen a penny of this money

and as for our court collections they do not wont to do anything to do to collect the money and the last time I was in there boss was to busy to come and see me as the fat cow was to busy eating here donut and hot dogs

So if any one knows of a Steven Paerau please tell the asshole to pay up

I have a similar story,

about 10 years ago, a guy broke into my car, we caught him in the act, held him, and called the cops, cops turned up with in minutes (amasing I know) about 5 cars actually!

The cops took him away

I was aksed to provide recipts for replacement of window, which I did, but it was a second hand window and I fitted it myself, so only $27.

He went to court, pleaded NOT guilty.

But he got convicted anyway having been court in the act.

He was Remanded to pay $1 reperation.

Ive NEVER seen the money!.

This how ever has worked in my favour, because when it comes time to do jury service, I just say to them, if you cant help me out to get justice for the crimes against me, Im sure as hell aint going to help you out.

And I get let off.

:-D

(Theres also another excuse I use if need be, and that one works well too. Ive never done Jury service, hehehehe)

he was ment to pay me 10k at $300 a week he is ment to getting $1000 a week in the job that he is doing

and this is how bad the courts are if they can find out were you work all they can take is $50 a week max even if you say get $1000 a week

$1000 a week?!?! Far out, whats he doing for work??? I'm pretty keen!! Hell, I'd do that job and pay your share for him!
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

If there is a court order for him to give you money, then it should be enforcible through the courts?

The courts/cops seem good at taking cars off people who owe a few thousand in traffic fines. But taking stuff off a convicted criminal to compensate a victim can't be done

Not true.

I got investigated a few years ago and I was forced/ordered to pay my fines at $320 a week.

That was a shitty year. :?

Taught me not to get any more fines though.

There was something about this in the dominion today, about people being owed thousands of $ in fines, One guy got a letter from the courts saying that he wasnt paying the money the courts granted him, so they withdrew it and made him do community service instead WTF???

Why not throw them in jail or deduct it automatically from their accounts somehow?

And a while back some guy got community service instead of having to pay his fines. Worked out his net hourly rate and it was around 270 an hour. Damn i wish i could score a job that paid that much 8O
