Just a quick question....
Cause im not entirely sure.
Does a diesel use a cambelt?
Ive tried google, but im getting mixed answers.

Depends on the engine in question. Some do, some don't.

1998 Nissan Terrano 2.7l diesel, im selling this car for my cousin.
Got some questions for a cambelt change...

thats a TD27 motor iirc and they dont have a cambelt.

Do they have a belt going from the cam to the diesel pump though? I don't know my nissans, but a few of the toyotas are like that.

no gear driven on all nissans iv worked on includeing a 2.7 double cab ute
The faster you go the quicker you get there

TD27s don't have a cambelt, they're chain.

Some do, some dont. The TD27 doesnt have a cam belt. In the nissan terrano. no belt.
