Who has a 4AGE 16V / 20V with the headers off?

Postby TWSTD » Wed Sep 26, 2007 12:07 pm

Anyone here got a 4AGE with the headers off but everything else in the engine bay? Im after at least 1 16V, a silver top and a black top 20V. I have a new turbo manifold proto-type i need to test fit! Willing persons will be able to purchase one of the manifolds when done at a discounted price :-)

PS - Auckland only please! :-)

Got a FWD bluetop sitting here. Nothing bolted on to the side of the engine atm but you're welcome to come and try it.

And i won't be asking for a cheap manifold

Hi, and thanks for the offer! I need to ensure the manifold wont hit things like AC pumps or compressors or starters or alternators etc etc. I know it will fit onto the head studs - its the other aspects I need to test for - so will your setup be of much use?

I have everything sitting around, just a matter of sticking it all on.
Just finger tight would suit your purposes right?

Hmm... you've got a 16V FWD already.
Can sort out a smallport one for you to look at. Shouldn't take me long to extract the extractors (<-- I worked on that for a while!!).
PM or call me if you want to try that as well.

Yeah definitely. It would be good to know if they are going to fit a RWD setup!

Right - sorry for the long delay in getting back to people, but I needed to source a turbo for these test fits! So - i am now equipped with manifold proto-type, T3T4 turbo and 38mm gate. I need a SILVER TOP or BLACK TOP engine thats in the car to test fit to. Anyone (auckland) currently have one with the headers off (or be willing to take their headers off in exchange for some beer etc) so I can test fit this assembly and get production underway?

Thanks!
