SW20 on roids?

Postby RedMist » Mon Aug 11, 2008 10:32 pm

Anyone remember the project of the SW20 with the sort of GT styling kit? IE tonne of glass work to extend the guards and create a really wide arse?
Thought it was pies... but the blasphemer denies it... REDEEM THYSELF SINNER!

Just wondered what happened to it...

Don't jinx the man. You posting to anyones thread about a project almost instantly halts it. Its the Akane project halting Jinx.
Look at what you did to my very pretty ST205 rally car! You bastuard

Yes, it's my fault, now get rid of your ugly ST205 and get yourself a sweet S14 K's Facelift with some front mount and Nismo 2way LSD of love.

If its the one with huge big custom rounded arches, then thats the one I'm thinking of. Looked like it weighed a tonne?

Well, luckily, I didn't bend anything, but the fibreglass didn't bend either!

Its still on the cards. I just need to either:

A) Get off my lazy ass and work on it (Probably in summer, as I can't be ****ed working in a cold garage in winter)

B) Get someone to do it ($$$)

I got all the replacement bits I need from Al (TWSTD of Driven Performance), and I fitted one of the front guards up. I'm now MEANT to be working on one of the side skirts!
Theres other stuff I'll probably pay to get done, like the rear wheel arches need to be cut away (original guard is still under there).

But it will happen EVENTUALLY! Haha
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

I can't believe it, stop crying about gold garage, I have to work outside in a narrow driveway and I've done more than you have! :P

Ketzel's car I think it's sold, I've seen a similar gold colour SW20 with the same widebody kit around the shore. But very far from being on 'roids tho.
