Painting wheels

I just bought a set of wheels and im wanting to get them painted bronze i know of a place i can go but im wondering if anyone here knows of a another place and prices thanks.

Manukau Auto and Tyre centre will do it for $150 per wheel, depending on how much repair work and what type of paint it could be quite a bit more.

DAmn thats how much my wheels cost each, there will be no repair work needed as they are brand new still in the box.

DIY mate. Or theres a few powdercoaters on here.. Make friends with them... with beer

As he said, DIY it, or get them powdercoated.

For the $150 just go and buy a small spray gun, 1l of Bronze single pot laquer, 1l if two way thinners and hire a compressor for the day. That gets all of your wheels painted for the price of 1 8) .

If theres no prep needed, i'm sure if you masked the wheels up and took them to a paint shop they would do you a cashy for cheap.

Why would i have to mask. I asked a mate and he said pro coat can do them for 200 for all four i think so ill take them there.

If the whole wheel is to be painted my post is pointless :oops:
