Ban on refueling.

Possible reduction in race distance or duration (proposal to follow market research).

im kinda hoping GT racing will suddenly get a huge resurgence, not thats its dead at the moment, but it would be nice to see some of it here!!!

I love the heading "Sporting Spectacle" - there isn't gonna be much of a spectacle left with cheaper engines, less aerodynamic R+D, no tyre warmers, no testing, or any of the KERS crap. Formula 1 is supposed to be excessive, yeah it sucks that Super Aguri didn't fly, but don't ruin it for everybody else by cheaping it up. The spectators will notice.

Imo I think it kinda defeats the purpose of making F1 cheaper if the FIA forces teams to change setups every year and go through expensive wind tunnel testing etc.

Refuelling should be kept in F1, it keeps it interesting, as every now & then someone makes a mistake, and its interesting.

I think Mosley & Ecclestone want to cheapen the brand so they can buy its control and then make it really good again with everyone paying ridiculous sums to be able to have a slice of the action.
Ending up with spare parts in assembling things since 1983

"The only thing he has not mentioned is the extra money Ferrari get above all the other teams and all the extra things Ferrari have had for years - the 'general help' they are considered to have had in Formula One," Ecclestone told The Times.

"Ferrari get so much more money than everyone else. They know exactly what they get; they are not that stupid, although they are not that bright, either. They get about $80 million (£54 million) more. When they win the constructors' championship, which they did this year, they got $80 million more than if McLaren had won it."

so... bernie confesses!
