Just take the engine out of it, slap a couple of turbo's on it, and put it in a Supra ;)
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

You reckon? I think with a set of 20's and a bit lower, it'd be alright. Got some nice creature comforts inside.

He's got plenty more where those came from, very nice collection

He also started a business making racing simulators (bloody good ones) called Vision Racer or something like that, plans to set up shop in London I think, and a store has just been completed in Nelson.

Anyone seen CanAm in real life? They came to the Skope Classic this year and holy shit they are by far and away the best racing class I've ever seen, the sound is absolutely amazing :D

When men were men....

Postby jondee86 » Thu Dec 25, 2008 8:58 pm

Back in the glory days of CAN-AM New Zealanders dominated the class.
McLaren and Hulme regularly finishing one two, and taking out the series
by a huge margin. NZer's did OK in Formula 5000 as well, with a bunch
of home built cars. F5000 was the premier racing class back. Worth
remembering now that the NZGP has degenerated into a championship
for "learner" race cars....
