The ST215W's Caldina has the sunroof switch on the roof, i am wanting mine on the dash. I have an aftermarket switch that will need a little work to fit in the coin slot (next to 12/100V sw).
I was wondering if anybody has seen a Toyota that has a sunroof switch dash mounted, or any other car that has a smallish switch.

All the Toyotas I've been in with a sunroof have the button mounted on the roof. 
Are you thinking about (assuming there is one with a button on the dash) grafting the button from that one onto your dash? If so, have you considered looking at convertibles, those with power roofs, as their buttons would be dash mounted, though you'd need to work on the wiring...

Look into this post only if you're keen for a little bit of wiring work
Just FYI if your planning on tapping into the wiring the leads to the switches on the roof, cables for this run down the drives front pillar and meets up with a cluster of plugs beneath the drivers side fuse box behind a plastic guard.
The plug is easily found if you remove the pillar plastic and follow the wires remove the plastic guard that is beneath the fuse box/next to the doors hinge and it will be staring you in the face.
The plug is white with two rows of around 8 pins and should be sharing its home with a blue plug which is the wiring going into the drivers door for the electrics in there.
The rest is up to you and a multi meter to figure out the necessary wires and how they connect to your switch you are mounting.
I rewired a caldina from nothing recently so the image of each plug is still fresh in my head... and sometimes my dreams. Is that weird, to dream about looms?

All sorted thanks for the reply guys, i have an aftermarket switch that fits in perfectly on the dash which needed very little trimming to fit.
I have the sunglass holder/reading lights instead.
