Removing cert

Postby RS13 » Thu Jan 24, 2013 4:25 pm

We're looking at a car, however it has certification for adjustable suspension.

Is it much of a hassle getting certification removed if I was to replace the suspension with factory items?

Just going through similar thing at the moment (car was cert for engine swap but returning to stock)

From talking to my certifier it's not really a hassle at all. Put everything back to standard, take it in to be checked & they will remove plate & post back to lvvta.

Cool, thanks for that. So I'd just take it back to any certifier?
