Just a short message to say hi to everyone. Im still lurking around here now and then despite being so far away... Hows everyone going? Whats new? (nothing much most tell me...lol) Melbourne rocks.

Any interesting NZ news lately? Stuff.co.nz is my main source of news now, damn Aussie news programs are pretty limited in the international side of things...

Melbourne is all good. I think fuel is only $1.40/L here... much cheaper... I only drive the van from work these days though!

I miss having a car, but refuse to pay the ridiculous price they charge for imports here...

Havent been up to much lately. I skipped the commonwealth games last month, but went to the Grand Prix, loved it.

Have you talked to Brad about the photos? Im pretty sure I put photos of those drags on a CD I sent him... If you rub his back, uh, I mean ask him nicely, he may loan it to you... :lol:

Went to round 2 of the Aussie AutoSalon series here at the weekend, it was really cool, some seriously hot girls :twisted:

, saw Savage & Deceptikonz (of all ppl)... oh, and some wicked rides too... :lol:

I'll post a few pics sometime if i can get round to it. Have to bring them in to work on a CD to upload them though...

It's all sorta relative... I mean, you earn more for doin the same jobs plus get compulsory super on top (unless you work under the table). Rent is comparable... we rent a 5 (yes, five) bedroom townhouse for $495/week and we're 3 train stops from the CBD (thats like 15-20mins away -ie: bloody close). Food & alcohol is a bit more expensive - the only big difference I noticed. But theres shitloads of good/cheap restaurants, clothes are dirt cheap... just dont buy a car here - you may have to sell a kidney to finance it... :roll:

edit: and shit - did I not mention all the hotties in this city!!! :twisted:
